Profile discovery allows for defining an exact User's nickname account to check when it will issue keys to buy, and leverage knowledge of a newly onboarded big following account coming to friend.tech.

Based on exact nickname, both buying and alerts will be available OR fully automatized price user is willing to pay to own new keys.
